- Blurring of the optic disc margins.
- Full optic disc cup.
- Elevated optic disc head (1mm elevation induces 3D of hypermetropia).
- Nerve fiber layer edema.
- Retinal folds (Paten's striae) or choroidal folds.
5 VASCULAR SIGNS :
- Venous congestion.
- Papillary and peripapillary hemorrhages.
- Cotton wool spots.
- Hyperemic optic disc.
- Hard exudates over disc.
